Research On Improving Countermeasures Of Zhengzhou Urban Rail Transit Fire Safety Management

Zhengzhou is the capital city of Henan province whose population is 100 million.Moreover,Zhengzhou is the largest city along the Yellow river and the important transportation hub of China.In recent years,Zhengzhou has gradually stepped into the construction of the National central city.Its volume and population have grown rapidly.Besides,the development of the urban rail transit is fast which has already become the most important transportation for its residents.During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period,the resident population of Zhengzhou has reached about 12 million.As the most important part of the city’s infrastructure construction,urban rail transit has been accelerated in an all-round way.Right now,the operating mileage of Zhengzhou urban rail transit has reached 206.3 kilometers.According to Zhengzhou’s“14th Five-Year Plan”,the operating mileage of Zhengzhou urban rail transit will reach about 700 kilometers.Building a safe and reliable modern urban rail transit system and ensuring the safe development of urban rail transit has become an extremely important basic work,and fire safety is an important part of it.The urban rail transit system has great particularity.Therefore,its fire prevention and fire accident handling is very different from other places.Urban rail transit is generally located in the underground space,which is relatively closed,and the flow of people and the density of regional population are relatively large.Once a fire accident occurs,it is very likely to cause heavy casualties and property losses,which will cause immeasurable damages to public safety and social and economic development.In summary,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and hazards of urban rail transit fire accidents,this paper takes Zhengzhou urban rail transit system as the research object to consult literature,do lots of field researches,fully understand its development and construction,and use crisis management theory and emergency management theory to analyze the current status of its fire safety management.Besides,this paper also combined with the author’s work experience which is supervising the urban rail transit fire safety,doing fire drills,and taking fire rescue.Besides this paper also compares and draws on the advanced experience and practices of urban rail transit fire safety management at home and abroad,and takes the establishment of a whole-process fire safety management system as the starting point to improve the fire safety management system and mechanism,and adopt advanced fire prevention technologies,and strengthen emergency response to fire accidents,so as to provide feasible countermeasures for the improvement of the fire safety management level of Zhengzhou urban rail transit.
