Research On Emergency Management Of Urban Rail Transit Operation

The emergency management of urban rail transit is the premise and foundation of subway safety and reliable operation.With the process of the rapid development of modern city,Metro with its large capacity,high speed,stable,punctuality,,low noise,no pollution,protect the environment,save energy and less land use and safety etc,has become a major city public transportation aorta.However,in recent years,kinds of unexpected events happened in Subway,The threat to public life and property safety seriously,affect social stability and economic development,so that people have to shake the city subway traffic safety information.The emergency management of urban subway has attracted attention of the governments and subway enterprises.In the paper,The author reviewed from the two aspects of public emergencies and emergency management based on the home and abroad research status of emergency management in academic circles,and by analyzing urban rail transit emergency classification,the definition and the characteristics of the mechanism to explore the existing emergency management system in China.This paper focused on the Nanjing metro emergency management is studied respectively,operation mode,emergency management status,combined with case analysis,to explore Nanjing Metro still need to be improved in the emergency management.Then,analyzed the successful case of emergency management in several subway at home and abroad,summarized the experience and Enlightenment for reference,and improve the existing Nanjing Metro Emergency Management.under,from the Nanjing Metro emergency management foundation work,optimize the emergency management system,emergency personnel management,collaborative linkage mechanism and the media and information communication security and put forward some suggestions,the five aspects of countermeasures,in order to improve the emergency management system of Nanjing metro,improve the disposal ability of emergency management.
