| Tax is one of the main sources of my country’s fiscal revenue.Taxation provides basic support for the development of public utilities and national governance in my country.In order to ensure the realization of taxation goals,it is one of the major strategic tasks of the taxation system to cultivate and form a talent team with strong political qualities and comprehensive abilities.However,under the background of the reform of the tax collection and management system,there are some drawbacks in the talent training mechanism of the tax system of Dongying City,which needs to be changed urgently.This article takes the training mechanism of young cadres in the tax system as the research object,and takes the cadre training of Dongying tax system as an example to investigate,analyze and explore,and broaden the working ideas for improving the cadre training mechanism of Dongying tax system.First,it introduces the basic situation of Dongying’s tax system and the basic situation of the young cadre group,and sorts out the practice of cultivating cadres in the young tax system.Secondly,with reference to the research results of predecessors and scholars,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the implementation of the training mechanism for young cadres in Dongying City’s taxation system from four dimensions:self-awareness,career management,job satisfaction,and career prospects,and found that there is education and training.Problems such as imperfect management,imperfect practice training mechanism,imperfect classification and use of talents,and lack of a chain mechanism for selection and training,and analyze the reasons behind the above problems from the aspects of system,policy,and individuals.Finally,using the theory of levels of need,career development and other theories,combined with the actual needs of the training of young cadres in Dongying City’s tax system,it is proposed to strengthen the education and training of young cadres,strengthen the organizational mechanism and planning construction,improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism,and improve the practice mechanism of exercise,etc.Strategies to improve the training mechanism for young tax cadres.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide new ideas for the improvement of the training mechanism of young cadres in the taxation system of Dongying City,and make useful explorations for improving the overall quality and ability of young cadres in the taxation system of Dongying City. |
