| The goal of secondary legal affairs major is to cultivate talents with high quality,basic legal knowledge and skills for society.Nowadays,the "quantity" and "quality" of legal affairs workers are more highly required for the construction of the rule of law in China and the modernization of 2035 public law service system.Textbooks of vocational schools connect teachers and teaching methods,and it plays an important role in ensuring the optimization of the teaching process and improving the quality of vocational education personnel training.Furthermore,it greatly pushes forward the new leap-forward development of China’s vocational education in the new era.Different from the traditional textbook analysis,the textbook analysis in the professional sense is to analyze the textbook itself for satisfying the needs of the textbook compiler,and is not just a necessary part of the teacher’s teaching design.Starting from the requirements of teaching material management in vocational colleges and on the basis of collating and analyzing relevant theoretical systems of domestic and foreign teaching materials,we selected Gao Lingbiao’s teaching material analysis model and hierarchy theory as the supporting theory of the study,which was combined with the goal of talent training for legal affairs in secondary vocational schools.Taking the core course Basic Theory and Practice of Administrative Law for the secondary vocational legal affairs major as the textbook analysis object,we carry on the statistic and dynamic exemplification analysis first,and then we gave a descriptive analysis of the textbook according to the scientific and practical knowledge,ideological and political education,cognitive and psychological law of people’s development and its compilation skills and technical level.Eventually,we can obtain the final comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the textbook after getting the results of the two former parts.The results of the analysis show that the conceptual and factual knowledge of the textbook is accurate and clear,the organization of the knowledge structure is reasonable and logical,and the content of practical training knowledge is obvious.Moreover,it connects the legal cases with the ideological and moral education,and its content conforms to the cognitive and psychological law of secondary vocational students,which means the textbook has outstanding practicality and targeted effects.However,its characteristics of the times from the knowledge content are not clear,and the relevant administrative law provisions involved in it are obviously lagging,that is,it doesn’t have advanced contents.In this regard,the author suggests that when the textbook is being rewritten and used,we should update the administrative legal documents involved in the textbook content,exert the guidance of socialist core values on the textbook content,select administrative cases with the characteristics of the new era,and add knowledge expansion sections to stimulate students’ interest. |
