Report to the 20th CPC National Congress of the Party pointed out that high-quality development is the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.To achieve high-quality development,we must unswervingly consolidate and develop the public sector of the economy,unswervingly encourage,support and guide the development of the non-public sector of the economy,and give full play to the role private entrepreneurs.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasize multiple times that Zhang Jian is "The Pioneers and Role Models of Chinese Private entrepreneurs",call on entrepreneurs to learn from Zhang Jian,think of the best and promote Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit.Standing in a new historical position,inherit and promote Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit is not only carry out Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Speech,but also conducive to promoting the healthy development of the non-public economy and the healthy growth of non-public economic people,and help to promote high-quality development.The research on the inheritance and promotion of Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit by private entrepreneurs in the new era is divided into three parts.The first part points out the necessity for private entrepreneurs to inherit and carry forward Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit in the new era,and summarizes the theoretical basis for inheriting and carrying forward Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit in the new era.The second part,using empirical analysis,studies the current situation of private entrepreneurs inheriting and carrying forward Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit,analyzes the restrictive factors of existing problems,and puts forward the promotion path on this basis.In the third part,the value implication of inheriting and carrying forward Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit by private entrepreneurs in the new era is condensed.The research on inheriting and carrying forward Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit by private entrepreneurs in the new era first combs Marx and Engels’ exposition on the positive role of capital and Lenin’s understanding of the relationship between socialism and capitalism,summarizes the Communist Party of China(CPC)’s theoretical innovation on private economic policy and deepening the understanding of private entrepreneurs’ identity,and points out that they together constitute an important theoretical premise and theoretical foundation for inheriting and carrying forward Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit in the new era.Secondly,through empirical analysis,it is found that private entrepreneurs in the new era have made some achievements in the process of inheriting and carrying forward Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit,but there are still some problems,such as the cultivation channels of patriotic feelings need to be expanded,the spirit of innovation needs to be stimulated,the quality of integrity needs to be improved,the international vision needs to be expanded,and the ways of social responsibility need to be diversified.On the basis of excavating the restrictive factors behind it,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the angles of party committees and governments at all levels,industrial and commercial associations,trade associations and chambers of commerce,society and private entrepreneurs.Finally,it puts forward the value implication of inheriting and carrying forward Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurial spirit in the new era.Theoretically,it expands the understanding of the positive role of Marxist capital and deepens the understanding of the Communist Party of China(CPC)’s theoretical innovation on the development of private economy,which is conducive to improving the basic socialist economic system.In practice,it is conducive to promoting high-quality development,consolidating the social foundation of the Communist Party of China(CPC)’s governance,promoting the "two healths" of the non-public economy,and promoting socialist core.
