Study On Formation Of Entrepreneurship In New Era

Since the reform and opening up,non-state(economic)sector has developed rapidly.A large number of private entrepreneurs have played an important role in China’s economic and social development and progress,as well as in the reform and opening up and the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.Entrepreneurial spirit plays an important role in the outstanding historical contribution of private entrepreneurs.Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the group of private entrepreneurs will play an increasingly important role in realizing China’s "Two Centenary Goals" and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the growth of private entrepreneurs and the development of entrepreneurship.The the 18th National Congress of the CPC report clearly pointed out:"we shall inspire and protect entrepreneurship and encourage more social subjects to join in innovation and entrepreneurship."Entering the new era,entrepreneurship has become an important social resource,which is an important factor that can restrict or promote economic development.However,the society has not yet fully raised its attention to entrepreneurship and there is a problem of ignoring the cultivation of entrepreneurship.At present,many scholars at home and abroad have made full research on entrepreneurship and hold different views on entrepreneurship and its cultivation.The academic circle mostly focuses on the connotation and influencing factors of entrepreneurship,but the research on the generation of entrepreneurship is still limited.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the macro and micro conditions for the formation of entrepreneurship in our country,dig out the restriction factors and reasons in the process of the formation of entrepreneurship,and put forward strategies to promote the better formation of entrepreneurship,so as to promote the healthy growth of private entrepreneurs in our country and the development of our national economy and social civilization.This research hopes to help promote outstanding entrepreneurship,enhance the social attention to the promotion and cultivation of entrepreneurship,and produce certain practical significance for the practice of promoting the better generation of entrepreneurship in the new era.This paper mainly discusses from three aspects:firstly,it summarizes the "what is entrepreneurship in the new era",that is,the main connotation of entrepreneurship in the new era according to the research on entrepreneurship by scholars at home and abroad in combination with the cases of outstanding private entrepreneurs in our country;Secondly,the new era of entrepreneurship "from where" is analyzed,that is,forming under what conditions.The macro and micro conditions that have been met for the formation of entrepreneurship among private entrepreneurs is explained by analyzing the cases of outstanding private entrepreneurs.The third is to analyze restriction factors and reasons in the process of the formation of entrepreneurship,and to put forward the optimizing approaches on the formation of entrepreneurship in the new era.
