Study On Multiple Participation In Rural Human Settlement Environment Governance

Since the reform and opening up,rural living conditions have continued to improve,but the phenomenon of "dirty and messy" rural living environment is still common.With the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy,the governance and improvement of rural living environment has become an important policy goal for the future medium and long-term development of China’s rural villages.As a systematic project,the governance of my country’s rural living environment cannot be completed by the government alone,but to introduce diversified subjects such as government,market,village organizations,and villagers.There are both division of labor and coordination between the subjects,thereby forming a complete set of governance systems and mechanisms.Therefore,the introduction of diversified subjects in rural human settlements environmental governance not only reflects the transformation of government governance concepts,but also helps integrate the advantages of the subjects of all parties,and provides a strong guarantee for the government to strengthen the supply of public goods.Based on the extensive study and absorption of the research results of the academic community,this article uses methods such as case research,interview investigation,etc.to study the multiple subjects of rural human settlement environmental governance.This core issue is studied.First of all,by collecting and summarizing relevant information,we reviewed the governance of rural human settlements and multiple subjects on Wande Street,and combined with interviews and questionnaire investigations of different subjects,summarizing the current streets that are promoting rural human settlements environmental governance There are problems such as insufficient performance of grass-roots government environmental governance responsibilities,insufficient cooperation in village-level organizations,insufficient work enthusiasm for cleaning up the work of the grass-roots government environmental governance.Combined with work practice and related materials,further analysis has caused the causes of problems.There are mainly inaccurate government responsibilities,low level of coordinated governance in village-level organizations,inadequate market participation mechanisms,and weak awareness of environmental governance in villagers.Finally,in response to the problems and reasons,after learning to absorb relevant typical experience,this article proposes four countermeasures such as expanding the government’s leading coordination,establishing and improving market participation mechanisms,strengthening village organizations cooperation,and inspiring villagers to participate in enthusiasm.Provides necessary help to solve problems.
