The Study On The Implementation Of The "Toilet Revolution" From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a document to implement the rural revitalization strategy nationwide.Its purpose is to achieve rural revitalization and improve the life happiness and sense of achievement of rural residents from all aspects.The implementation of the rural "Toilet revolution" is an important part of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The implementation of the "Toilet revolution" in rural areas can improve the living conditions of rural residents,enhance the health awareness of rural residents,and change traditional living habits.This paper selects Dongming town of Naiman Banner as the research object,and has a detailed understanding of the implementation process of the local policy to implement the rural "Toilet revolution" policy through field visits,questionnaires and interviews.At the same time,a systematic analysis is carried out by combining the literature method and using the Smith policy process execution model.Through analysis,there is a problem that the main body of policy implementation is perfunctory and mechanized in implementing the policy,lacks initiative and participation in the implementation of the policy;In the later stage of policy implementation,insufficient attention was paid to the later management and protection of toilets.I believe that the beautiful vision of building a beautiful countryside will be realized as soon as possible.
