| Prison is the penalty for the implementation of national authorities.Maintaining the security and stability of prison is an important part of prison work.In recent years,all kinds of public health emergencies have caused a huge impact on the security and stability of the prison.The prison work has been paid more and more attention by the people,so the emergency management of these crises is particularly important.The emergency management of public health emergencies in prison is a highly professional,systematic and complex work.J prison,as the only civilized prison at the ministerial level in Sichuan Province.After the COVID-19 epidemic situation in 2020,J prison improved its public health emergency management system.According to the relevant national laws and regulations and the requirements of the superior documents,it has formulated the corresponding emergency management plan,as well as,signed a joint prevention and control cooperation framework with the local government.To ensure that in the event of a crisis can be dealt with in a timely manner,so as to prevent.Under the background of epidemic situation in 2020,The emergency management of public health emergencies has received extensive attention.Based on the theory of emergency management,combined with the actual situation of J prison,this paper analyzes the management of public health emergencies in J prison through theoretical research,questionnaire survey and practical investigation.In the process of investigation,it is found that J prison has some problems in the emergency management of public health emergencies,such as the poor implementation of emergency management policies,the poor operability of emergency plans,the low level of police emergency management,and the lack of emergency resources.The reason is that the legal system of emergency management is not perfect,the construction of emergency plan system is lagging behind,the training of emergency management of public health emergencies is insufficient,and the coordination mechanism is not perfect.To solve these problems,we need to promote the construction of the legal system,improve the construction of the emergency plan system,enhance the professional level of the team,and improve the coordination mechanism.The main innovation of this paper is that,taking J prison as the research object,this paper studies the countermeasures according to the actual situation of J prison,and provides a research direction for the construction of the emergency management system of public health emergencies in the prison system. |
