Research On Influencing Factors Of Community Identity Of Land-lost Farmers

Since the reform and opening up,my country’s urbanization rate has rapidly increased,and a large number of land-losing farmers have been resettled into demolition and resettlement communities.In this process,the lifestyle and living environment of the land-lost farmers changed drastically,coupled with the impact of the land acquisition policy and the characteristics of the resettlement community,the community identity of the land-lost farmers began to appear,which not only hindered the land-lost farmers’ pursuit of a better life,but also It is also not conducive to achieving high-quality urbanization.In order to solve these problems,our country has issued a number of documents,constantly emphasizing the realization of humancentered urbanization,and General Secretary Xi Jinping has also proposed to build more livable,safer,healthier,and higher quality in many meetings.Urban living space.From the perspective of theoretical research,the academic circle has launched more discussions on community identity,and has begun to introduce it into the study of demolition and resettlement communities.However,a large number of current researches focus on the level of theoretical analysis,and there is still a lack of empirical analysis on the influencing factors of community identity,especially the influencing factors of the community identity of land-lost farmers.Accordingly,based on social capital theory,social identity theory,and customer satisfaction theory,this article uses the demolished resettlement community in Tianfu New District of Chengdu as a survey sample to conduct an empirical test on the influencing factors of the community identity of the land-lost farmers,and try to answer the question about the community identity of the land-lost farmers The influence of the factor and its extent.This article follows the research idea of "index system construction-data collection-data analysis".First,build a measurement system.The measurement of the community identity of the land-lost farmers quoted a more influential scale in this field;based on the research on community identity,resettlement communities and land-lost farmers,the management level of the neighborhood committee,community participation of residents,community service satisfaction,community The five dimensions of communication,expropriation and resettlement policy satisfaction measures the factors influencing the community identification of land-lost farmers.Second,collect research data and research materials.This study randomly selected six communities from Erjiang Temple Community,Tianjia Temple Community,Shahe Community,Heyun Community,Caiyan Community,and Tianming Community in Tianfu New District of Chengdu to distribute questionnaires.A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 288 valid questionnaires were collected.,The questionnaire has an effective rate of 96%.On this basis,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested,and then the structural equation model method was used to construct a model of influencing factors of land-lost farmers’ community identity and conduct related analysis and research.The empirical analysis results show that among the 10 research hypotheses,9research hypotheses are valid,and 1 research hypothesis is partially valid,and the following conclusions are drawn: first,service satisfaction is a decisive factor affecting the identity of the land-lost farmers’ community;second,the management of the neighborhood committee Level is a potential factor that affects the community identification of land-losing farmers;third,community participation and community interaction are direct factors that affect the community identification of land-losing farmers;fourth,satisfaction with the expropriation and resettlement policy is an exogenous factor that affects the community identification of land-losing farmers;5.The community identity of the land-lost farmers in Tianfu New District of Chengdu needs to be improved.Through the analysis of the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations: first,improve the service level based on the needs of residents;second,improve the management level,and establish a new pattern of multi-subject cooperation and co-governance;third,improve the participation of residents Mechanisms to enhance the effectiveness of participation;fourth,promote community exchanges among land-lost farmers and reconstruct community social capital;fifth,improve expropriation and resettlement policies to meet the multi-level needs of land-lost farmers.In addition,this research also discusses the possible deficiencies in the research and prospects for further research in the future.
