At present,Human beings are facing two kinds of pressure, environment and society, which have never been before. With the development trend of the city more and more diversified and complex, vulnerabilities have become extreme prominent due to the destruction of natural disasters and the widening of social gaps.Nevertheless, the pace of urbanization is still hurried and will not stop.It is expected that in the future, the more environmental and social resource conflicts will be derived from the rapid urbanization process, which will bring an irreversible impact on the urban process. Therefore,it is urgent to find a governance method that is coordinated between man and land, social security is stable, and sustainable development.Resilience theory originated from system ecology, and with the continuous expansion and optimization of academia,it was more widely used in the humanities and social sciences.Scholars first applied it to the urban system and actively explored the role of urban resilience in response to natural disasters. The social resilience is the development of urban resilience. It emphasizes that if the community wants to develop sustainably,it must have the ability to basically maintain its original functions and quickly respond to and adapt to changes in various crises. However, the number of research on social resilience in academia is smaller and smaller. The resettlement community is to replace(passively lose land)the logic of farmers’ centralized resettlement community with urban community management logic. When it is implemented in governance practices,it is common to see the opposition and conflict between the daily life of immigrants and the system. There is no mention of the research on the social resilience of farmers’ settlement communities. Therefore,it is urgent to improve the social resilience of farmers’ resettlement communities. In order to remedy the mentioned shortcomings,multi-disciplinary knowledge, using multiple types of data processing methods, and conducting multiple types of empirical research methods, this paper tries to explore the factors that affect the social resilience of farmers’ resettlement communities, taking the coronavirus epidemic as example,in order to look for governance countermeasures to promote the diversified, inclusive and coordinated development of the city. The full text is divided into three parts:in the first part of this paper to put forward research problems and research basis. The first part describes the background of the topic, the significance of the subject, the research method and the description of the technical route. Its role is to lay the foundation for the follow-up research. The second part defines the community and the resettlement community of land lost farmers. It also defines the concepts of risk governance, resilience, social resilience and its influencing factors.Meanwhile, this paper will also have a simple measurement study on social resilience and sort out the research context. The second part explains the definition and influencing factors of urban social resilience at home and abroad, combined with the Communities Advancing Resilience Toolkit(also called CART scale),and puts forward that the main body of community governance has the social resilience of farmers’ demolition and resettlement communities. In order to better identify and judge the influencing factors of the social resilience of the resettlement communities of the land-lost farmers, empirical research was adopted. The research method is to find out the factors influencing the social stress resistance of resettlement community by regression model test, and the urban communities were summarized.Through the research, the influencing factors of urban community resilience are summarized, including social trust, information communication, individual emergency response, emergency response organization, and space environment;two different types of communities in Chengdu High-tech Zone are selected to compare interview cases to find out the impact of land loss compared with other communities in the city.Factors affecting the resilience of the peasant resettlement community. The third part based on the empirical results,it proposes government governance countermeasures to improve the social resilience of the land-lost farmers resettlement community from the perspective of resilience governance. The fourth part is the last chapter, which summarizes the research and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects. The study found that the social resilience of the resettlement communities of the land-lost farmers was found to be affected by factors such as resettlement policies, acquaintance society, population quality, and community emergency management, and their social resilience was lower than that of ordinary urban communities. The main reason for the above results is that the population quality, housing space and green space of the resettlement communities for land-lost farmers are still inadequate compared with ordinary urban communities. Therefore, resettlement policies should be optimized, community service quality should be improved, community culture should be cultivated, information communication should be strengthened, risk awareness should be strengthened, and efficient emergency response mechanisms should be established,so as to enhance the social resilience of resettlement communities for landless farmers.
