Research On Government Responsibilities In The Follow-up Management Of Relocation Projects In Ethnic Areas

Relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas is an important measure and institutional arrangement for targeted poverty alleviation and an effective way to solve the poverty problem in ethnic minority areas.Change of poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas to move the follow-up management,need to strengthen the government responsibility to bear as a "push" to promote the development of the relocation settlement,the perfect social integration,community management,industry employment,policy supply and other public service as a relocation "gravity" of the development of the settlement,with the double driven by two factors,consolidate the existing poverty alleviation achievements,strengthen rural revitalization of the organic link,To promote the relocation of poverty-stricken households in ethnic minority areas can integrate into the new environment,adapt to the new life,and achieve the goal of "development and prosperity".Poverty alleviation of ethnic minorities is the focus and difficulty of poverty alleviation.Donglan is a county with the majority of Zhuang population in Guangxi,a state-level poverty-stricken county,and a key county for the control of rocky desertification.It has similar contradictions and characteristics in the work of poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas.The first chapter analyzes the background of anti-poverty in China,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,and expounds the research ideas and methods,and puts forward the innovation of the article.The second and third chapters,on the basis of concept definition and theory combing,analyze the development process of poverty alleviation policy of relocation from inhospitable areas in China.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of the relocation of poverty alleviation in Donglan County through questionnaire survey,and explores the problems existing in government responsibility in the follow-up management of the relocation of poverty alleviation in Donglan County.On this basis,the fifth chapter analyzes the reasons for the existence of the above problems.On the basis of summarizing the previous chapters,the sixth chapter clarifies the leading responsibility,guarantee responsibility and supervision responsibility of the government in the follow-up management of the relocation of poverty alleviation from insensitive areas,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by focusing on the core content and key nodes.
