| In recent years,the environment faced by universities is becoming more and more complex.Accidents,mass incidents,health and safety incidents and other public emergencies occur frequently in universities,which not only cause losses to university assets and the property of teachers and students,but also seriously threaten the lives and health of teachers and students.In order to further enhance the ability of universities to respond to public emergencies and optimize the emergency management mechanism,the paper selects the emergency management of public emergencies in universities as the research object.The paper uses the literature research method to sort out the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the emergency management mechanism of public emergencies in universities,and uses the questionnaire survey method and case analysis method to understand the understanding of university students on the emergency management mechanism of public emergencies in universities.At the same time,the paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems of emergency management mechanism of public emergencies in universities,and put forward suggestions on how to optimize the emergency management mechanism of public emergencies in universities.The paper is roughly divided into three parts.The first part is mainly about literature review,introduction of research methods,analysis of core concepts and theories.The second part mainly includes the overall analysis of the current situation of the emergency management mechanism of public emergencies in universities,an overview of the questionnaire situation and an analysis of the results,an in-depth analysis of three typical cases,and a summary of the problems of the emergency management mechanism of public emergencies in universities.The third part is based on the previous analysis and summary,combined with the current social development status and the actual characteristics of the university itself,from three perspectives of the pre-prevention mechanism,in-process disposal mechanism,and post-event recovery mechanism to propose optimized countermeasures for the emergency management mechanism of public emergencies in universities. |
