Research On Emergency Management Mechanism Of Sudden Public Events

The accelerating globalization, internationalization, marketization, the rich material and spiritual life of human society at the same time, also causes the public emergencies of all kinds of unexpected rise. In the case of China, the pace of socialist modernization construction is accelerating the process, public emergencies is along with the social economy development presents the frequency speed, a new type of emergencies increased. From a practical point of view, whether from the spread of the "SARS" epidemic, was in 2008 in southern China’s snowstorm and "5- 12" the Wenchuan big earthquake, highlight both public emergency sudden and destructive features, not only endangers the safety of people’s lives and property, but also a serious threat to public security and social stability. Therefore, the research of public emergency response to public emergencies, to find effective strategies, to further establish and improve related laws and regulations system, in a more scientific and reasonable measures in response to public emergencies, has become a research topic in today’s society to.
