| As an important part of the construction of public cultural service system,the construction of public digital culture is a new platform and a new front for cultural construction in the digital,information and network environment.With the improvement of people’s material level,the public spirit civilization life quality put forward higher requirements,should party and the country,many provinces and cities set up the "one-stop" public service platform,digital culture under the background of integration provides the public with a portable products,rich culture,but the faces in the process of construction of information is not comprehensive,resource utilization is low,the problem of user participation is not high,and the construction of a platform "to use for this" intended effect.Current research about public service platform of the digital culture focused on the resource integration,system construction of platform,the research on user participation is less,require the system to comb the user to participate in the public service platform of the digital culture method and the content and problems in the process of users to participate in the platform construction,on the basis of the study provide reasonable platform optimization scheme,to provide reference for the development of the integration platform.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of one-stop public digital cultural service platform,and forms the basic analysis framework of user participation mode and content based on the contents related to the construction of public digital cultural service platform in policy documents.Public digital culture survey found by network service platform results,on the basis of reference in the policy provide the contents of the indicators and the relevant literature to make the test task,by recruiting until 12 users to participate in the test,test results to make use of SPSS analysis of digital level,combined with interviews to using keywords to refine to improve users involved in the problems in the study,found that there was a poor sensory experience,users in the use of the platform content contribution,low efficiency of channel not unobstructed,interactive,information cannot satisfy the demand for platform optimization ideas and put forward feasibility Suggestions,provide reference for platform system,content and service optimization. |
