The design and research of home fitness product service system of "Light Plastic" originates from the fact that more and more office workers start to pay attention to the balance between work pressure and physical health.Combined with a series of relevant policies launched in recent years,fitness has become a national craze and is born from the application of home fitness hardware and software products.In the process of innovation and upgrading of "Internet ",From the perspective of user experience,the characteristics of home fitness behavior are analyzed.According to the user experience levels of object,environment and technology,the thesis digs deeply and summarizes the specific design strategy of home fitness product service system.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter expounds the research background and development trend of the subject.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing sports health products in the service,combined with the domestic and foreign research review,the main content and innovation of the subject research are clarified.The second chapter studies the related theories of product service system.The third chapter combines the market background and existing problems,mainly adopts desktop research and field investigation,collates the collected feedback data through observation and interview methods,determines the target users,and establishes the user portrait.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign competitive products,the function of existing products is sorted out,the opportunity is mined,and the pain point analysis and function transformation are carried out according to user needs.The fourth chapter determines the strategic positioning of the product and service;the fifth chapter shows the design and application of the product and service system,including functional requirements,business process sorting,information architecture,interaction design,visual design,etc.;the sixth chapter describes the hardware design of the product. |
