A Study On The Application Of The Technique Of Multiplate Overprinting In Copper Etching

Multiplate overprinting is the main technique of making color etchings at present,and a large number of excellent works and authors have been produced using this technique.However,at present,domestic authors in the application of copperprint is relatively less,especially the use of overlapping,leakage,printing and other overprinting techniques of the practice is not very common,not very systematic,there is a certain space for efforts.Therefore,it is very realistic and necessary to study the application of the technique of multiplate overprint in copper engravings.The first chapter of this paper gives an understanding of the technology of multiplate overprinting,sorts out some relatively typical multiplate overprinting works and artists,and makes a brief analysis of the cases of multiplate overprinting technology.The second chapter expounds the source of the creation theme according to my own practice,introduces the procedure and production process of multi-plate overprint creation technique in detail,and puts forward the technical problems to be solved.The third chapter summarizes and reflects on the works completed by multiplate overprint technology.In the process of creation,the author improved the understanding of multiplate overprint technology,and carried out his own exploration of personalized language in the aspect of technical expression.
