| The system of Chinese Buddhist scriptures is complex and diverse,and the same and different translations belong to a small category of Chinese translation Buddhist scripture literature research,and are an important content of Buddhist scripture research.This thesis comprehensively uses the comparative survey method and literature research method to conduct linguistic and documentary research on the different translations of the Kā yapaparivarta,sorts out the textual system relationship between the Kā yapaparivarta and its different translations,analyzes the foreign texts existing in different versions,and explores the relationship between different translations and the evolution of common words in Chinese Buddhist scriptures,so as to have a deeper understanding of the language of Chinese Buddhist texts.There are four chapters.The first chapter mainly focuses on the origin of the topic of this article,the research status of Chinese translation of Buddhist scriptures into different translations,the research status,research objects,and research methods of the Kā yapaparivarta.Different translations of the same sutra are different Chinese translations of the same scripture by different translators in the history of Buddhism.The comparative study of different translations of the same sutras has a long history,allowing the interpretation of Buddhist texts from different perspectives.In terms of research objects,combined with the newly compiled Taisho Shinsu Tripitaka,Kā yapaparivarta and its different translations were systematically sorted out.The second chapter mainly research on the textual system relationship of the Buddha’s Teachings on the Kā yapaparivarta and its three different translations.The text content of the Zhi Chen’s translation Kā yapaparivarta and the Jin’s translation Baoyan jing,Yao Qin’s translation Puming Bodhisattva,and Shi Hu’s translation Zhengfa jing are less similar in text content,while the Jin’s translation Baoyan jing and Yao Qin’s translation Puming Bodhisattva have a high degree of similarity in text content,words and sentence structure,and there is a phenomenon of "copying".The content and wording of the corresponding texts of the Jin’s translation Baoyan jing and the Shi Hu’s translation Zhengfa jing have a high degree of similarity,and there is a small-scale "copying" phenomenon.Judging from the overall text of the four heterogeneous scriptures,the Zhi Chan translation is more condensed,while the Jin’s translation is highly similar to the Yao Qin’s translation,and the Shi Hu’s translation is more complete in translation,and it will also appear in the first three translations to use words,Shi Hu to use phrases or short sentences,which are more decorative.The third chapter analyzes the different versions of the Kā yapaparivarta and its three different translations from the perspectives of "multiple forms of one word" and "multiple translations of one word".The phenomenon of "multiple translations of one word" is classified and described from three perspectives: phonetic,ideographic,phonetic and ideographic together.The phenomenon of "multiple forms of one word" is described from four aspects: alloographs,tongjia,misrepresentation,and multiple factors,and examples are given from each angle.The fourth analyzes the corpus value of the Kā yapaparivarta and its three heterogeneous translations from the perspectives of the study of common words in Buddhist scriptures,the proofreading and translation of sutras,the interpretation of words,and the linguistic characteristics of different eras and translators,and discusses the significance and evolution of certain words that can be determined by comparing different translations of Buddhist scriptures from Chinese to Buddhist scriptures,providing corpus for the compilation of large-scale Chinese dictionaries,supplementing the interpretation of foreign words,and providing corpus for the study of synonymous semantic fields of Old Chinese and Chinese vocabulary systems.Translation and proofreading and word interpretation are of great value for us to understand the meaning of Buddhist scriptures and organize them.Explore the linguistic characteristics of different translators from different eras to examine the overall picture of the translated scriptures. |
