"Secondary vocational education,as a secondary vocational education,should focus on the principle of ’feeding reserve troops for higher art colleges and training actors for professional dance groups’." At present,it seems that the development of dance secondary vocational schools has met a bottleneck.From the needs of the industry development,the dance industry pays attention to improving various abilities of talents,and has a strong demand for interdisciplinary talents who master various dance technologies and have a certain sense of innovation.Starting with scientific training methods has always been the concern and research of frontline teachers and dance professionals.For secondary vocational dance at this stage,unlike colleges and universities,students of secondary vocational school still focus on learning basic courses.The Cross Fit training mode studied in this paper is an emerging scientific training mode in foreign countries,which is not widely applied in China.Therefore,we want to inject the most traditional basic skills courses with new strength,which can help students with poor basic skills to learn basic skills.The students who are powerless in skill learning play a supporting role.This paper starts with the female students of the senior grade of Chinese dance major in the Affiliated Middle School of Guangxi University of Arts.The teaching syllabus of the Affiliated Middle School requires the senior grade to master a lot of skills at the present stage.Teachers cannot teach every student according to their aptitude in daily teaching.Teachers’ teaching methods are not innovative,which is easy to lead to a dull feeling for students in class,and their interest in learning is greatly discounted.Due to the phenomenon that there is a large gap between classes,the author designed a set of exclusive modes based on Cross Fit training mode for early performance,late performance and classroom teaching,and combined with multidisciplinary knowledge such as dance anatomy and muscle stretching,hoping to provide substantive help in the important transition stage of secondary school learning.Narrow the level gap between students,have a basic understanding of their own body,in practice can be very clear,tendentious to find their own shortcomings,and more practice.
