Research On The Optimization Countermeasures Of Public Cultural Service Construction In Lucheng Fashin Shoes Town

The construction of public cultural service is the inevitable requirement of flourishing and developing socialist advanced culture and building a harmonious socialist society.The construction of characteristic towns should develop suitable public cultural services according to their own industrial agglomeration effect and cultural characteristics.In July 2015,Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Zhejiang Provincial Government formulated the Basic Public Cultural Service Standard of Zhejiang Province(2015-2020),in which Zhejiang standardized the standardized content of public cultural services and accelerated the planning of a number of characteristic towns with distinctive characteristics centering on the development concept of "industry + culture".Among them,it is advocated to incorporate the construction of public cultural services into the construction of characteristic towns,promote the balanced development of public cultural services in various regions in urban and rural areas with high-quality public cultural services,and provide important support for the better and more comprehensive development of characteristic towns in the future.This paper takes the research of "Lucheng fashin Shoes Town" as the main line,and comprehensively analyzes the construction of public cultural services in Lucheng fashin Shoes Town from the aspects of theoretical analysis,field research,questions and countermeasures.Firstly,through questionnaire survey,face-to-face interview and development status,it is concluded that the construction of public cultural services in Lucheng fashin Shoes Town is dao wei;outdated infrastructure and uneven layout;lack of professional talents.Secondly,in view of the above problems,through the analysis of data and data,the new public service,public choice,multiple collaborative governance theory is used to analyze the causes.Finally,it is proposed to establish the service concept,increase the publicity and improve the implementation mechanism,improve the configuration and management of online and offline infrastructure,and strengthen the linkage with social demand,enrich the characteristic activities by combining "characteristic +" and "Internet +",and increase the supply of professional talents through internal training and school-enterprise cooperation.Lucheng fashin Shoes Town,as a characteristic town creation project in Wenzhou,hopes that this paper will take Lucheng fashin Shoes Town as a research case,which will help continuously optimize the construction of public cultural services in Lucheng fashin Shoes Town,promote its high-quality development,and also provide reference ideas for the optimization construction of public cultural services in characteristic towns in China.
