Primary School Classroom Practice Of Quanzhou Puppet Show Dance "Hand Posture"

Quanzhou string puppetry,formerly known as suspended silk puppets,is an ancient form of drama that mainly involves puppeteers manipulating suspended silk to control puppets and perform on stage instead of humans.The string skills of the "puppet master" are the soul of the "puppet",and their exquisite skills contain rich hand dance resources.It is of great significance to inherit local opera culture by exploring the hand posture of puppeteers manipulating the hanging silk as an element,refining and forming hand posture combinations for use in teaching.From the perspective of dance teaching,this article takes the teaching practice of Quanzhou puppet drama dance "hand posture" in primary school dance classes as the research object.Firstly,the concepts of Quanzhou puppet drama dance and Quanzhou puppet drama dance "hand posture" are clarified;Furthermore,by integrating and analyzing the extracted elements in the field,the artistic characteristics of the "hand posture" in Quanzhou puppet dance can be condensed;Based on the understanding of artistic characteristics,combined and created according to scientific and reasonable arrangement principles,applied to primary school dance classrooms;Through the analysis of the teaching examples of the combination of hand postures "Skilled Hand Puppets",it is concluded that "hand posture" teaching has the value of improving students’ finger flexibility,enriching local dance teaching content,and transmitting cultural heritage.
