Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Folk Dragon And Lion Associations In Foshan

As a non-material cultural heritage,the dragon lion movement has been paid more and more attention in recent years.With the improvement of people’s living standards,in order to meet the entertainment needs of the people,the national folk dragon and lion associations are becoming more and more prosperous.As an important carrier for the inheritance and development of dragon and lion sports,folk dragon and lion associations play an irreplaceable role in building a harmonious society and enhancing cultural self-confidence.As a benchmark for the promotion of Chinese dragon and lion sports,Foshan has attracted much attention from the dragon and lion circles.The operation mode of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations is worthy of national reference.Therefore,it is particularly important and urgent to deeply understand the development status and operation mechanism of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations.In order to explore the benign operation mechanism of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations,this study takes the operation mechanism of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,Delphi,AHP,open participatory observation and logical analysis.Based on the operation mechanism theory of sociology and economics,this study uses Delphi method to determine the specific operation mechanism of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations,screens the indicators of the specific operation mechanism of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations,and adopts AHP analytic hierarchy process to deal with the assignment of the importance of each indicator in the expert consultation form to determine the corresponding weight of each indicator.The research points out the advantages and disadvantages of the operation mechanism of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations,and puts forward the strategies to improve the operation mechanism and improve its operation efficiency,so as to provide reference for the development of national folk dragon and lion associations.Research shows:1.Through the expert assignment of Delphi method,8 operating mechanisms that meet the requirements of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations are selected from the14 operating mechanisms of sociology and economics,and the specific operating mechanism indicators of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations are determined,including 8 first-class indicators,21 second-class indicators and 61 third-class indicators.2.The eight specific operating mechanisms of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations,in order of importance from high to low,are: publicity mechanism,guarantee mechanism,financing mechanism,recruitment mechanism,driving mechanism,incentive mechanism,driving mechanism and competition mechanism.3.There are three advantageous mechanisms in the specific operation mechanism of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations,namely guarantee mechanism,financing mechanism and recruitment mechanism;There are deficiencies in the five mechanisms:driving mechanism,incentive mechanism,driving mechanism,competition mechanism and publicity mechanism.4.Strategies to improve the operation mechanism of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations and improve the operation efficiency of Foshan folk dragon and lion associations:(1)build more dragon and lion iconic publicity buildings to improve the publicity effect.The person in charge of the association should pay attention to the publicity work,and the publicity and reporting work should assign people and responsibilities,so as to improve the treatment of publicity reporters;(2)Establish the brand image of the dragon lion Association.The person in charge of the association should strengthen the brand awareness,drive the development of relevant industries and industries with the brand of the dragon lion Association,form a situation of two-way promotion and mutual benefit,and realize win-win cooperation;(3)Reformulate the incentive standards,give matching rewards to the community members who undertake paid commercial performances,publicity and reporting work and solicit sponsorship,and use incentive regulation to form a closed loop in the incentive feedback link;(4)Dragon and lion societies must not only inherit the traditional dragon and lion skills,but also get rid of their own survival difficulties;(5)Foshan dragon and lion association should standardize the pricing benchmark of dragon and lion commercial performance market,eliminate the unnecessary vicious external competition of dragon and lion associations,and promote them to form a reasonable and benign internal competition.
