Research On County Government Behavior Of Cultural Creative Industry Development In The Reconstruction Of Traditional Villages

The implementation of the strategy of "rural revitalization" makes our rural economy develop rapidly.Many traditional villages with special characteristics have seized the historic chances to carry out village transformation and take advantage of the unique cultural and creative nature of the cultural and creative industries to embark on the road of rural revitalization by developing cultural and creative industries.The county government is the leader of local industrial development and is one of the indispensable and important forces in the rural cultural and creative industries.Then,what role should the county government play in the development of rural cultural and creative industries,what kind of responsibility should it assume,and how to optimize governmental behavior to better promote the development of local cultural and creative industries are all questions worth exploring.Firstly,the relationship between the development of cultural and creative industries and government behavior is analyzed on the theoretical foundations of cooperative governance theory and service-oriented government theory.The article holds that the government plays an important role in managing,sustaining and regulating the development of cultural and creative industries.Secondly,the transformation process of Longtan village in Pingnan County from "hollow village" to "Internet red village" depends on the development of cultural and creative industry.Taking Longtan village in Pingnan County as an example,this paper analyzes the success and failure of the Pingnan County government in the development of the cultural and creative industries in Longtan village by means of case analysis and field investigation.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the behavior of county-level government in the process of traditional village reconstruction.
