Research On Government Behavior In The Protection Of Traditional Villages In Qiandongnan Prefecture Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

Traditional villages are an important heritage left by agricultural civilization in the process of China’s historical development.They contain a large number of historical and cultural connotations and have great historical,social and economic values.Among the 6,819 traditional villages in five batches,Qiandongnan Prefecture ranked first in the number of traditional villages in all cities(prefectures).In recent years,China’s new-type urbanization is constantly advancing,and some traditional villages are facing different degrees of destruction in the modernization development,and even some of them are disintegrating and dying out.The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that fully implementing the rural revitalization strategy is not only an opportunity for the protection of traditional villages in China,but also a huge challenge.This thesis is based on the background of the rural revitalization strategy,Using the questionnaire survey and interview method,Guided by the theory of government functions,public goods theory,sustainable development theory and multi-center governance theory,Analysis the government behavior in the protection of traditional villages in Qiandongnan Prefecture,It is found that there are still some problems in the protection of traditional villages,such as insufficient cultural protection and excavation,low active participation,insufficient scientific village planning,insufficient government investment,insufficient public infrastructure,etc.,This is mainly due to the lagging concept of protection and development,the imperfect participation mechanism of villagers,the insufficient fund guarantee,the shortage of professional management talents and the lack of policy guarantee.Combined with the characteristics of traditional village,combined with the problems existing in the previous research,from strengthening the traditional village culture protection and mining,improve the traditional village protection propaganda education and public participation mechanism,expand the funding channels and strengthen the overall management,scientific preparation of traditional village protection planning,strengthen the protection of traditional village professional talent team construction and improve the traditional village protection related laws and regulations are put forward to improve the aspects of qiandongnan traditional village protection countermeasures.
