The Study On County Government Behavior In Cultural Industy Development

With the development of modern society,culture,which has been turned into products and services in the market,is mounted by its economical value.Cultural industry has increasingly become an important part of the national economy and an important component of comprehensive strength for a country or a region.As a country of great culture,China has put more emphasis on the development of cultural industry;and government at all levels has fornudated a series of polices and conducted lots of steps to support the development of cultural industry,which is highly effective.However,there are some shortcomings in the government practices on promoting the cultural industry.Therefore,the author would like to conduct a research on the problems of the Qiyang government's efforts to boost the cultural progress.For example,a lack of the improper position it held in the cultural progress and rich management means;In addition,the Insufficient and Insufficient in financial input to the Qi yang government's cultural industry and imperfect relevant laws and regulations are also it's problems.To solve these problems,the author also put forward some suggestions and recommendation as to make a small contribution to the development of Qiyang county,both theoretically and practically.The thesis is divided into four parts altogether.The first,summary of the background information and the significance for choosing the topic of the government practices on promoting the cultural industry.,the current study situation,objective of the research,contents,methods and the innovations.The second part analyses the relations between the development of cultural industry and the choice of government's behavior,explain culture,cultural industry,county culture industry and government's action to boost the cultural progress.Thirdly,Qiyang as an example analyses the problems and causes in the development of cultural industries of government's behavior.Finally,through the analysis of problems existing in the development of cultural industry,put forward specific countermeasures for the development of Qiyang cultural industry.
