The Researh Of Government Behavior On Cultural Industry Cluster Development

With the integration of the global economy and the development of the knowledge economy,the trend of social development changes from the material field to the spiritual field,and the industrial economy to the service economy.And,the trend of service economy changing from the traditional service industry to the cultural and creative industry is becoming more and more obvious.Up to now,the development of cultural industry has become a new economic growth point,and its position in regional economic development is becoming more and more important.In this context,the government behavior and the function around the development of cultural industry cluster has also become the focus of academic attention and research,and the depth analysis and study of the government behavior and function choice for the development of cultural industry cluster play a significant role to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the sustainable development of economy and society.This paper studies Chengdu city as a regional case,and adopts methods such as literature research,case analysis and interdisciplinary research.The main content of the full-text research includes five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper,and collates and analyzes the relevant academic achievements on the development of cultural industry agglomeration at home and abroad,and puts forward the specific research methods,research framework and possible innovations.The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis,which defines the basic concepts of cultural industry and government behavior,and analyzes the theoretical basis of the government behavior related to the development of cultural industry agglomeration in this paper,so as to lay a solid foundation for the following research.The third chapter is the current situation of government behavior in the development of cultural industry agglomeration in Chengdu city,and discusses the importance of cultural industry agglomeration to Chengdu city.This chapter analyzes the basic situation of the current development of cultural industry agglomeration in Chengdu city and the performance of government behavior in the development of cultural industry agglomeration in Chengdu city,and introduces the case of Dongjiao Memory Music Park.The fourth chapter points out the problems and reasons existing in the development of cultural industry agglomeration in Chengdu city.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures to improve the government behavior in the development of cultural industry agglomeration.On the basis of the above analysis,this chapter puts forward the behavior and function suggestions for Chengdu City Government to promote the development of cultural industry agglomeration.
