| The state encourages social work to participate in rural revitalization,and rural cultural revitalization,as an important part of rural revitalization strategy,focuses on strengthening rural spiritual civilization,improving farmers’ spirituality,shaping civilized countryside,family style and folk style,so that rural social civilization can be improved and rural civilization in the new era can present a new style.As the main group of the elderly left behind in rural areas,the degree of satisfaction of their spiritual and cultural needs has an important impact on the revitalization of rural culture.Due to the imbalance of urban and rural development,the lack of cultural pension resources in rural areas,the spiritual and cultural needs of rural elderly left behind are not satisfied.At the same time,with the promotion of urbanization,the old ageing model in rural areas,which was mainly based on family retirement,has been greatly affected,and the rural areas are generally "hollowed out".However,most of the existing studies on the cultural aging of the elderly are focused on urban communities,and the cultural aging needs of the rural elderly left behind have received less attention,so it is necessary to conduct research on the cultural aging of the rural elderly left behind.The study takes the left-behind elderly in village F as the research object,and uses the semi-structured interview method to understand the cultural pension status and needs of the rural left-behind elderly,and uses the ERG theory as the guide to analyze the needs and design and carry out group activities.Group work was used to provide cultural elderly care services for 11 rural left-behind elderly people.The group activities were designed and carried out from three aspects: survival,mutual relationship and growth,committed to bringing a rich spiritual and cultural life to the elderly left behind in rural areas,assist them to establish cultural awareness of old age care and improve the quality of life and happiness in their later years.Through the process evaluation and result evaluation,it is concluded that the group work has a certain effect on satisfying the cultural pension needs of the rural left-behind elderly.At the level of survival,the rural left-behind elderly have established a positive outlook on old age,and the frequency of exercise has been increased,physical and mental health is safeguarded;at the level of mutual relations,social workers have assisted the rural left-behind elderly to build a bridge between family and social interactions,which provides spiritual comfort.The needs are met;at the growth level,a pension method that can combine daily leisure with the inheritance of Hakka culture has been explored,and its value creation needs have been met.Through the intervention of group work,the following conclusions are drawn:local culture is an important resource for the rural left-behind elderly cultural pension;Alderfer ERG theory meets the needs of rural left-behind elderly cultural pension;cultural pension is an effective way to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of rural left-behind elderly. |
