Thailand is a friendly neighbor of China and belongs to the “same family” in the history.Under the belt and Road Initiative and the continuous development of ChinaThailand relations,"Chinese Craze" has arisen in Thai society.The Thai government attaches great importance to Chinese education,vigorously supports the development of Chinese education in primary and secondary schools,and gives active support policies.As the Thai government’s vigorously support,Thailand’s Chinese elementary education reform continued to deepen,the Chinese elective courses and interest classes,and the vast majority of schools for the promotion of Chinese teaching effect,at the same time,Thailand’s Chinese language education is faced with the lack of good teachers of Chinese teachers,curriculum is not lack of specification and the teaching content.Chinese is recognized as one of the most difficult languages to learn in the world,and some Thai students,who are loose,active and have a strong sense of collective honor,cannot bear the pressure and difficulty of Chinese learning,and their Chinese learning efficiency is low and the acquisition effect is poor,which also puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ teaching methods.Therefore,we should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ interest in learning.This paper mainly studies the Chinese learning interest of Thai high school students and how to carry out Chinese teaching activities based on interest.In this study,high School students of Satri Witthaya 2 School,a public middle School in Bangkok,Thailand,were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.Based on the in-depth analysis of the interest of students of different genders,ethnic groups and grades in learning Chinese,this paper tries to design an interest-based Chinese comprehensive course teaching for Thai high school students.This paper takes the sophomore students of Satri Witthaya 2 School as the teaching object,combines task-based teaching method and situational teaching method,adopts variety shows to introduce learning,and plays video clips,pop songs and classroom games in the teaching process to complete the teaching design of comprehensive Chinese course for 3 hours.The Chinese language teaching was carried out by local Chinese teachers of Satri Witthaya 2 School Senior High School according to the instructional design.Teaching effect when interview,teachers and students said,according to the students’ interest in the teaching arrangement has obtained the expected effect,enhances the Chinese lessons more interesting and attractive,play the subjective initiative of students,improve the learning efficiency and teaching effect,on the other hand,also to the teachers’ classroom management behavior,control the teaching rhythm,implement their aptitude put forward higher requirements.Finally,the author puts forward four suggestions to improve the Chinese teaching in Thai high school and improve the interest of Thai high school students in Chinese learning: Carry out the teaching concept of "studentcentered" and change the role orientation of teachers;Grasp the characteristics of students’ interest to carry out teaching activities;Create a rich practice situation,so that students can achieve their learning goals in a way they are interested in;Introduce multiple incentive mechanism to stimulate interest in Chinese learning from different angles.
