| In recent years,the cultural industry and tourism industry have developed rapidly and integrated with each other,becoming an important means of improving and upgrading the development of the tourism industry,and an important lever to promote the development of the tourism industry.There is a close connection and interaction between these two industries,presenting a natural symbiotic relationship.Against the backdrop of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading,supply side structural reform,and sustained development of the national economy,the deep and high-quality integration of the cultural and tourism industries is essential.Although some achievements have been made in the integration and development of the cultural and tourism industries,there are still problems such as insufficient integration depth,low product supply capacity,and insufficient factor investment.This also reflects the difficulties of insufficient integration and low supply quality of the two major industries.However,existing research mainly focuses on the connotation,effects,motivations,and development of the integration of culture and tourism,with little involvement in the evaluation of the quality and effects of its integration.The paper takes Haiyang City as an example and explores the path of high-quality integration and symbiotic development of culture and tourism from the perspective of symbiosis theory.From the perspective of symbiosis theory and based on the analysis and sorting of existing literature,the paper analyzes the influencing factors,development conditions,and benefits of cultural and tourism symbiosis.The evaluation dimensions and indicators of cultural and tourism symbiosis development level were obtained through literature analysis and expert interview methods.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and other methods,an evaluation index system for cultural and tourism symbiosis development level was constructed,including 1 overall target layer and 5 criteria layers,11 first level indicator layers and 28 second level indicator layers,and use SPSSAU tool to obtain the weights of each indicator.Furthermore,taking Haiyang City as the case study object,a semi-structured interview method was used to select relevant insiders from industries such as government,scenic spots,catering,and transportation as the interviewees.The interviewees were invited to evaluate and rate the symbiosis of culture and tourism in Haiyang City.Based on the hierarchical structure,the scoring data was processed with hierarchical weighted average to obtain the evaluation score of the symbiosis of culture and tourism in Haiyang City.Finally,based on the results,analyze the symbiotic development of culture and tourism in Haiyang City,and propose suggestions for high-quality symbiotic development of culture and tourism in Haiyang City.The evaluation results show that the symbiotic unit level in the evaluation index system for cultural and tourism symbiotic development has a high weight value,followed by the symbiotic interface level and symbiotic energy level,while the weight of symbiotic environment level and symbiotic mode level is relatively low;In the evaluation of the symbiotic development status of culture and tourism in Haiyang City,the overall development status score is not high,and the imbalance in the scores of each criterion layer is prominent.Among them,the symbiotic mode level score is the highest,followed by the symbiotic energy level,symbiotic interface level,and symbiotic environment level,and the symbiotic unit level score is the lowest.Finally,based on the hierarchical evaluation results and practical cause analysis of the symbiotic development level of culture and tourism in Haiyang City,the article proposes development suggestions from five primary indicator dimensions: highlighting the characteristics of "Hometown of Landmines",increasing talent cultivation output,and improving the quality of symbiotic units;Taking the political,economic,and technological environment as the driving force to improve the symbiotic environment;Strengthen and improve the symbiotic interface between tangible and intangible;Enhance the ability to benefit from symbiosis and fully utilize its economic,social,and cultural values;Optimize the symbiotic mode and improve the quality of cultural and tourism symbiosis. |
