Research On Symbiotic Development Of Producer Creative Industry And Manufacturing Industry

After the financial crisis in 2008,the development of China's manufacturing industry has been greatly impacted.The structural problems such as low value-added products and overcapacity are serious.The manufacturing industry is under huge pressure of industrial transformation and upgrading.It is urgent to find new path and to cultivate new growth points.In 2014,the government issued the corresponding policy that mingling cultural and creative design services and manufacturing in aim to cultivate new growth points of the manufacturing industry.However,as a knowledge-intensive business service,creative industry such as creative design start late,which leads to low development level,the weak correlation with manufacturing industry.In fact,the two industries have a symbiotic relationship.we can find a new path to promote industrial competitiveness by analyzing the symbiotic development of the two industries.Based on the theoretical framework of industrial symbiosis,this paper investigates the three elements of the symbiotic system including producer creative industry and manufacturing industry,and explores symbiotic evolutionary of producer creative industry and manufacturing industry in China.For the part one,the paper defines the concept and the classification of producer creative industry,and introduces the theoretical basis that runs through the whole paper: the framework of industrial symbiosis and the mechanism of symbiotic development between producer creative industry and manufacturing industry.Part two,the paper analyzes the symbiotic units,symbiosis environment and symbiosis evolution of two industries.Part three,employing the logistic model,the paper calculates the intrinsic growth rate and maximum industrial added value limited by productive capacity.On the basis of that,using time series data,the paper analyses the influence factors on growth of symbiosis system.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)With regard to symbiotic power,the impact of manufacturing industry on the growth of the maximum environmental capacity of the producer creative industry is significantly positive,while the impact of the productive and creative industries on the manufacturing industry is negative,but as the scale of the producer creative industry continues to expand,it will show a positive impact on the growth of the maximum environmental capacity ofthe manufacturing industry,which also verifies the evolution path of the symbiosis model of the two industries(2)the symbiotic environment,in which the macroeconomic environment has positive effects on the maximum environmental capacity of the manufacturing industry.The impact on the producer creative industry is not significant;the impact of the market environment on the productive environment and the maximum environmental capacity of the manufacturing industry is significantly positive.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward specific policy recommendations from accelerating marketing reform,promoting the development of producer creative industry,and promoting the effective interaction between manufacturing and producer creative industry.
