Research On The Current Problems And Countermeasures Of Cultivating Local Chinese Talents In Thailan

With the deepening cooperation between China and Thailand in building the Belt and Road Initiative,the demand for local Chinese talents in Thai society is also increasing.At present,Chinese education in Thailand has been integrated into the whole national education system.However,at the present stage,the shortage of local Chinese talents in quantity and quality is still the key factor hindering the development of Chinese teaching in Thailand.Therefore,training local Chinese talents becomes an effective way to make up for the shortage of teachers and realize the sustainable development of Chinese.Local Chinese outstanding talents refer to those who are born and live in the same place and are engaged in the profession of Chinese teacher.Training Thai native Chinese talents,improving their Chinese level,improving teachers’ professional knowledge,and making them gradually become the main body of international Chinese teachers.How to achieve this goal is the focus of the development of international Chinese teaching in Thailand at present.By analyzing the development history of Thai native Chinese talent training,this paper summarizes its practical problems and countermeasures.The research content of this paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction part of this paper,which explains the background,current situation,significance and research methods of this paper in detail.The second part is an overview of the historical development of Chinese talent training in Thailand.The third part analyzes the practical problems in the training of Chinese talents in Thailand,and systematically analyzes the inducing factors of the practical problems through questionnaire survey.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the training of Chinese talents in Thailand.The fifth part summarizes and looks forward to the content of this article.Through the investigation and research of this paper,in-depth analysis is made on the practical problems of training Chinese talents in Thailand,and scientific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the current practical problems,so as to better promote the benign development of Chinese teaching in Thailand.
