Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development And Utilization Of Local Chronicles

Competition in today’s world depends not only on hard indicators such as economic aggregates and economic growth rates,but also on cultural soft power.In traditional Chinese culture,local history is very important.As a public cultural product,its existence has been committed to serving economic and social development.A large number of local history resources have been formed in the long-term development of local history.These resources have played many functions in serving economic and social development and made important contributions.However,from the perspective of the development and utilization of local history,due to the reasons that local governments attach importance to GDP and despise the construction of public culture and the incomplete operation mechanism of local history work,there are still problems such as low development level and poor service function.How to solve these problems so as to more effectively develop and utilize local local history resources,so that the results of local history can better serve economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,and ecological civilization construction is a reality that local governments need to focus on.This thesis focuses on the public service issues in the development and utilization of local history,and studies the specific situation of Rizhao City as a case.Firstly,it explains the constituent elements of public service functions in the development and utilization of local chronicles,summarizes the public service functions of local chronicle management,history,and education,and analyzes the role and current status of local service in the development and utilization of local chronicles.Also,it refers the problems and causes in serving economic and social development.Finally,the thesis combined with the actual work of the development and utilization of local history,through the analysis and extraction of a large amount of literature,practical investigation and comparative analysis,put forward the optimization countermeasures to further play the local history service function,namely: optimize the public service function of the government,and improve local history Mechanism,strengthening the public service awareness of local history departments,strengthening the construction of local history teams,consolidating the construction of local history public service systems,and increasing the development and utilization of local history resources.
