| As China’s economy steadily improving,China’s influence in the international political,economic and other fields increasingly,under the national ministry of education to develop and promote of policies,the international Chinese education career got rapid development.As a messenger of Chinese culture,in the practice of teaching in Thailand this year,I deeply feel that the Chinese teachers in the promotion of Chinese international education and Thai primary and secondary schools in Chinese class play an important role in the spread of Chinese culture Important force,Through the reflection of my own teaching practice,The article takes Chinese teachers’ Chinese talent as an entry point,Try to explore the effective strategies of Chinese talent in Thai primary Chinese classroom.At present,there are many works on language teaching and cultural teaching in academia,But how to integrate talent into teaching,from the Chinese teachers and training requirements and other aspects of the teaching program and teaching experience to explore,there are ew discussions and relevant articles.In order to better study the practical application of Chinese teachers’ Chinese talent in Thai primary Chinese class,The article adopts the literature research method,the case analysis method,the observation analysis method and so on.We find that :Chinese teachers can help Chinese language teaching,language and cultural docking,but also the Chinese teachers have made a request for talent,not only to master the relevant Chinese talent,but also need to be able to apply their own talent in teaching.But in the domestic language classroom,the Chinese talent can be introduced into the classroom,but the teacher’s Chinese talent requirements are not necessary.The article is divided into three chapters,the first chapter describes the general classification of Chinese talent and ability requirements.The second chapter introduces the practical application of Chinese talent,(taking painting and martial arts as an example),the third chapter is the domestic and foreign teachers of Chinesetalent requirements,comparative analysis,and finally summed up the full text,make recommendations. |
