Investigation On The Problems Chinese Language Teacher In Thailand Face

The teachers play the most significant role in International Chinese Teaching.With the development of International Chinese Teaching,the teachers who is teaching Chinese as a second language face challenges constantly with the special educational environment of Thailand.At first,this article presents a research on the problems the teachers who is teaching Chinese in Thailand facing,and describes the most important problems of their teaching and life and the methods they solve the problems.Second,we will confirm the dimensions of the problem and find the influential factors of the dimensions by using SPSS,the statistical software.Last but not least,we will read the date deeply with the interviews on 21 administrators of Chinese department of schools in Thailand.Several conclusions could be drawn from the research above:teaching organization and classroom management,subject construction,teaching methods are the most significant problems of Chinese teachers.teaching conditions,stage of teaching,course types and load of teachers are 4 influential factors of the dimensions,we need to take them into consider when cultivate teachers.
