As early as the 1980 s,it was discovered that the phenomenon of "Choking" under pressure often caused a serious decline of abnormalities in the performance of athletes under pressure, and the impact of pressure on the movement of competitive movements seemed to be far greater than we imagined. In recent years,in order to improve the performance of athletes, related training methods are no longer limited to technical training and traditional psychological skills training(PST),and more and more mindfulness training has also been applied in the field of sports competition. It is better than traditional psychological skills training, and studies have shown that mindfulness training suitable for Chinese background Mindfulness-Acceptance-Insight-Commitment(MAIC)have a good applicability for Chinese athletes. Therefore, this study adopted MAIC mindfulness training method to intervene college students, and discussed the influence of mindfulness training on college students’ free throw score in the set pressure situation and the influence of free throw score in the set no pressure situation,as well as the role of resilience. This study mainly adopts the experimental design of the experimental group and the control group.Through the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionaire(FFMQ),the ConnorDavidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)Chinese revised version, and Pates,Cummings,&Maynard(2002)The scoring method system measures the level of Mindfulness, resilience, and basketball free throw scores of college students participating in the experiment.Studies are divided into two experiments: Experiment 1,use the audience, bonuses, and cameras to set up pressure situations. With the situation as the independent variable, basketball free throws were tested in pressure situations and no pressure situations respectively to evaluate the effect of setting pressure situations on college students’ free throws. In experiment 2,eight weeks of MAIC mindfulness training was used to study the pressure and no pressure situations respectively. The training method was used as the independent variable, which was divided into mindfulness training and non-mindfulness training. The two situations of no pressure and pressure were respectively interfered with each group to evaluate the effect of mindfulness training on the free throw scores of college students in the two situations with or without pressure. In addition, the effects of re resilience on the free throw score of mindfulness training were explored by using the data of the non-stress group and the stress group obtained after mindfulness training. The results are as follows:(1)college students’ free throws will be lower under pressure;(2)Mindfulness training can improve college students’ free throws, regardless of whether they are under pressure.(3)Mindfulness training can improve the level of mindfulness and resilience of college students, and mindfulness training and pressure situation have an interactive effect on free throw score.Mindfulness training can mitigate the influence of pressure situation on free throw score;(4)Resilience plays a mediating role in the influence of mindfulness training on the score of free throws.
