Currently, rapid development of IT industry brings opportunity and challenge for employees while huge working pressure also comes along. In particular to freshmen in jobs, they will meet more difficulties in handling the pressure problems. Referring to conclusion obtained from relevant researches of mindfulness, the study wishes to help freshmen adapt to jobs better, reduce pressure and its influences and thus improve health in physics and mentality through mindfulness training.The study takes the working pressure interference effect of mindfulness training on new employees of IT industry. Based on developing questionnaires of work stress and pressure symptoms of IT employees, it designs the mindfulness training proposal, carries out eight times of team interferences on six freshmen of IT industry, which lasts for six weeks; and then it analyzes, validates and discusses its changing reasons by quantitative and qualitative ways to get main conclusions finally:1. Working pressure of IT employees come from many aspects, which is sorted as follow:career development, organizational structure, role characteristics, job demands and interpersonal relationship, wherein career development and organizational structure are the largest pressure origin; the symptoms of working pressure are embodied in anxiety, depression, hostile sensitivity, physics health, etc, wherein the anxiety and depression have the most obvious embodiment; and working pressure level is in positive and remarkable correlation with pressure symptoms. Work experience in IT industry within three years of the new employees is significantly higher than that of the working life of more than three years in the IT industry employees in work stress.2. Mindfulness training has obvious effect in improving freshmen'working pressure level and pressure symptoms of IT industry (p< 0.05), wherein the experiment team's career development dimension in the pressure scale and the anxiety dimension in the Pressure Symptom Scale are remarkably reduced after being interfered (p< 0.05). Qualitative research shows that the interfering effect is mainly shown in the change of cognitive process and the improvement of emotion and human body.3. The reasons of generating the interfering effect of mindfulness training include emotion regulation, openness and tolerance and team training.
