| In the current society, with the development of the Internet and the popularization of electronic products, primary school students will also frequently contact the Internet in their daily study and life, and the problem of Internet addiction is becoming more and more serious and showing a trend of younger age. This study attempts to establish a mindfulness training program for primary school students’ Internet addiction, and explores the internal psychological mechanism of mindfulness training to intervene in primary school students’ Internet addiction,so as to provide experience for primary school mental health work and promote the healthy development of primary school students. To achieve these goals,we conducted the following two studies:In the first study, the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire(FFMQ),the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(RSCA),and the Internet Addiction Test(IAT)were used to produce questionnaires to survey 500 primary school students in a primary school in Wuhan to explore the status of Internet addiction in primary school students, the relationship between mindfulness, psychological resilience and Internet addiction among primary school students, and verify the mediating role of resilience in primary school students’ mindfulness and Internet addiction. In the second study,30 individuals with Internet addiction selected in the evaluation of Study 1 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and the experimental group was subjected to 8 weeks of mindfulness training intervention, and the control group did not do any treatment,to explore the effect of mindfulness intervention on Internet addiction in primary school students.Based on two studies, the following conclusions were drawn from this study:(1)The number of primary school students with Internet addiction accounted for16.2% of the total, and the frequency was relatively high, indicating that Internet addiction has become widespread among primary school students, and the problem of Internet addiction shows a trend of younger age.(2)There are significant gender differences in Internet addiction among primary school students, and the degree of Internet addiction among boys is significantly higher than that of girls.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between mindfulness and resilience in primary school students,a significant negative correlation between mindfulness and Internet addiction, and a significant negative correlation between resilience and Internet addiction.(4)Resilience plays a part-mediating role in the influence of mindfulness on Internet addiction in primary school students.(5)Through mindfulness intervention,it can effectively improve the level of mindfulness and psychological resilience of primary school students, and reduce the degree of Internet addiction of primary school students. |
