| With the continuous development of the new curriculum reform,the teaching concept of efficient classroom has also emerged and been adopted by educators in primary and secondary schools.The smooth implementation of efficient classrooms is inseparable from classroom management.Classroom management is the cornerstone of achieving teaching goals,is the core content of teaching work,without good classroom management,teaching activities can not be carried out normally,efficient classroom can not be successfully constructed.Scientific and effective classroom management is the top priority to achieve an efficient classroom.According to the current education and teaching situation,the primary school English classroom management from the perspective of efficient classroom faces many problems,and exploring relevant optimization strategies for the existing classroom management problems is of great significance to promoting the construction of efficient classrooms and promoting curriculum reform in China.By reading a large number of literature,the author has initially grasped the theoretical basis related to the content of this study,determined the research ideas and directions,and used observation methods,interview methods and other survey methods to investigate and study the management of English classrooms in Huizhou L Primary School.Combined with data analysis,starting from the five dimensions of goal management,time management,environmental management,behavior management and evaluation management of classroom management,the problems existing in primary school English classroom management from the perspective of efficient classroom are discussed and attributed,and the following corresponding solution strategies are proposed: In terms of goal management,teachers change the concept of classroom goal management and attach importance to the cultivation of students’ core literacy;Teachers pay attention to the development of each student and pay attention to teaching according to their aptitude;In terms of time management,deepen teachers’ awareness of time management and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching;Enhance teachers’ time management ability and make rational and efficient use of classroom teaching time;In terms of environmental management,optimize the physical environment and create a strong learning atmosphere;Establish a caring teacher-student relationship and form a democratic and respectful classroom;In terms of behavior management,cultivate students’ self-management ability and effectively reduce classroom problem behaviors;Master classroom management methods and improve the classroom behavior management ability of new teachers;In terms of evaluation management,adhere to the people-oriented,update the concept of classroom evaluation;Improve evaluation subjects and evaluation content,and implement diversified classroom evaluations.Through this research,we aim to promote the renewal of classroom management concepts of English teachers,improve classroom management ability,reduce students’ classroom problem behavior,promote the improvement of teaching quality,and create efficient classrooms. |
