In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the risk management of sports participation in the field of sports training, and the risk of athletes participating in various events has become a concern of scholars. The competition risk of college dragon dancers affects the competitive level of college dragon teams, which is one of the key factors for athletes to achieve excellent competition results. All kinds of risk factors that affect the participation of college dragon dancers are induced in this paper, literature review, expert interview,Delphi method, questionnaire survey, analytic hierarchy process, mathematical statistics and other methods are used to comprehensively identify and accurately evaluate the participation risk indicators of college dragon dancers, and corresponding solutions are proposed.Based on identification and evaluation, risk indicators with high probability of occurrence and high risk are found out to actively avoid, transfer and reduce risks. The research draws the following conclusions:1.The risk identification of college dragon dancers is sorted out and modified by Delphi method according to the opinions of expert advisory group. The competition risk of college dragon dancers is composed of three first-class indicators: competition environment, organization and management, and participants. The competition environment is divided into four secondary indicators: geography, life and transportation, venue and facility, clothing and equipment.Organization and management include two secondary indicators: competition arrangement and event management, and participants include six secondary indicators: coaches, our athletes, opposing athletes,referees,on-site staff and spectators.2.In the risk evaluation, the AHP analytic hierarchy process and list ranking method are used for comprehensive evaluation. Its influence is evaluated from two aspects: the weight of indicators and the risk of indicators, and classifies the evaluation results by matrix diagram. Those with high indicator weight and risk amount belong to high risk;one of the two is a medium risk;if both are not high, they are low risks. Finally,we get 10 high risk factors, such as our athletes’ skills, coaches’ routine arrangement, referees’ morality, competition equipment, competition clothes, floors, competition rules, appearance order, our athletes’ psychology and our athletes’ competition experience.3.Risk response consists of three strategies: risk aversion, risk transfer and risk reduction.Risk aversion refers to the cancellation or postponement of the competition under extremely harmful risk conditions;risk transfer is mainly to buy athletes’ accidental injury insurance or sign risk responsibility letters;risk reduction is mainly to deal with medium and high risk indicators.Countermeasures against medium and high risk indicators in daily training and outing competitions are proposed. |
