Research On Risk Management System Of Cultural Industry Project

In recent years, the development of cultural industry has been elevated to an unprecedented height. Various support policies have been established by the state, and cultural industry now in the GDP accounts for an increasing proportion of large. So the role of cultural industry in Chinese economic development is increasingly apparent. The relationship between cultural industry and cultural industry projects were brilliant exposition in eighteen political reports. Cultural industry projects is the carrier of cultural industry. Cultural industry and other industries, in the process of continuous development and expansion, will exist all sorts of risks. So it is import to research the risk management of the cultural industry projects. In this paper, the study identified as a risk management culture industry projects. According to the needs of research paradigm, combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Firstly, through literature analysis, defines the concept of the cultural industry projects risk management, understanding the characteristics of cultural industry projects. Then, according to the features of the cultural industry projects, we can identify the risk factors of the cultural industry projects. The systemic risks in which cultural industry projects facing include:policy risk, economic risk, social risk, market risk, natural risk and risk of resource, and the unsystematic risk include:management risk, technology risk, intellectual property risks, planning and creative risk, safety and environmental risks. Then, each risk factor have been analyses in-depth. Using AHP to judge the cultural industry projects of systemic risk in the risk assessment, the weight of each risk factor is obtained. At last, based on the risk identification, analysis and assessment, from risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk mitigation and risk monitoring four paths to propose specific measures to deal with the cultural industry project risks. Risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk response four areas constitute the cultural industry project risk management system.
