A Study On The Quotations Of "Five Classics" In Du Fu’s Poems

The "Five Classics",as the most representative literary works of Confucianism,plays an important role in the history of literature and thought.Du Fu was deeply influenced by Confucianism.Du Fu’s poems have made great achievements.In the use of allusions,the academic circle has not yet formed a study that takes the "Five Classics" as a whole to discuss the use of the "Five Classics" in Du Fu’s poems,which provides a discussion space for this paper.This paper makes statistics and screening of the "Five Classics" cited by Du Fu’s poems,and visually reflects the tendency of Du Fu’s poems to cite the "Five Classics" classics and the purpose of the chapters through the form of tables.It is found that Du Fu’s poems pay attention to the use of allusions in the Book of Songs and Zuo Zhuan,while in the cited chapters,they pay attention to the use of allusions in the Wind and Ya,as well as the use of historical allusions in the State of Lu.In order to better understand the role of allusions in poetry,the allusions to the "Five Classics" in Du Fu’s poems are divided into five categories according to narrative category,speech category,lyric category,name category and character category.Then we find the tendency of Du Fu’s poems to quote the "Five Classics" allusions,and summarize the characteristics of Du Fu’s poems to quote the "Five Classics" allusions,which are mainly shown in four aspects: first,focusing on the use of allusions in the Book of Songs;Second,pay attention to the use of allusions in the "Five Classics";Third,pay attention to the flexible use of the same allusion;Fourth,focus on the use of narrative allusions.Finally,returning to the text of Du Fu’s poems,this paper discusses the creation concept,narrative art and spiritual connotation of Du Fu’s poems,and reveals the specific performance of Du Fu’s poems in inheriting and developing the "Five Classics".
