Research On The Development Of Traditional Village Culture Protection Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Chinese traditional villages play an immeasurable role both in the change of ethnic population and in the development of national culture.Under the important guidance of the rural revitalization strategy,Chinese traditional villages have ushered in crucial development opportunities.However,it is embarrassing that traditional villages all over the country have appeared the development dilemma of "one thousand villages" to varying degrees.Yunnan Province,which ranks the second in the number of traditional villages in China,has a situation in which the economy of many ethnic minority traditional villages cannot be developed and the village culture is gradually forgotten.While rural revitalization continues,traditional village culture is still fading.At present,traditional village culture is in urgent need of protection and development.Based on this,by case study,literature,interview and other methods,the author stayed in a local Yizige village in Yunnan Province with rich historical and cultural deposits,but lacking in protection and development,and conducted in-depth research to fully analyze the current development status and cultural types of the traditional minority villages in Yizige Village.It is divided into two major cultural resources,namely folk culture and natural culture,from the previous state of cultural protection of the village to the specific measures taken by the government to protect it,and to find the development problems and difficulties,and finally to analyze the value of cultural resources.Based on the experience conclusions of predecessors on the protective development mode,the protective development mode is innovatively extended,adjusted and optimized,and the protective development mode is divided into four periods and eight stages.Based on the time evolution of the protective development mode,the mode is embedded into the object of this study.The aim is to find out the development stage of the village and analyze the appropriate measures for the future.Based on the theory of sustainable development and collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of each participant,and finally gives some universal suggestions.This paper argues that there are problems such as passive competition caused by the preference of government investment,the defects of organizational access and identity mechanism and the lack of governance ability of social organizations,the degraded social responsibility of enterprises and the underestimation of the commercial value of traditional village culture,the lack of governance ability of villagers and village cadres and the lack of cultural innovation awareness.The government should guide and open up the cooperation and communication channels with enterprises,schools and social organizations,position the protection development well and encourage villagers to promote the protection development of traditional village culture;Enterprises should explore the cultural opportunities of traditional villages and the commercial value of village inheritors and build cultural brands.Social organizations pay more attention to the cultural needs of villagers to cultivate high-quality cultural inheritors;Villagers should form a good communication channel of "villager--villager--villager cadre",improve their cultural confidence and status as masters of the village,improve the level of village governance and cultural innovation ability.Finally,under the rules of collaborative governance,the government will grasp the interest distribution and cooperation and exchange of all participants,so as to realize the protection and development of traditional village culture.
