The Image Shaping Of Children In Children’s Documentaries

Children’s documentaries are documentary subjects that focus on the survival of children,and record the real life and growth of children today.With the continuous improvement of people’s material living standard and spiritual literacy,people pay more and more attention to children’s physical and mental health and education,and many excellent documentaries focusing on such issues have emerged,in which many vivid and dynamic images of children have been created.While recording children,excellent documentaries on children should reflect profound humanistic concern and child-oriented thinking,and shape children’s images in line with the discourse of "flowers of the motherland" under the premise of non-fiction.The article analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of shaping children’s images in China’s children’s documentaries,studies how to enrich children’s images in children’s documentaries through narrative and audiovisual strategies,cites a large number of cases to prove it,and elaborates on the strategy of shaping children’s images in children’s documentaries in the context of the creation practice process of one’s work.The First Grade.The study is divided into five parts,including an introduction and four chapters.The article begins with a discussion of the background and significance of the study,a review of the current state of research at home and abroad and the research methods used in this thesis;firstly,the article discusses the current image shaping of children in children’s documentaries,defines the relevant concepts,studies the current state of the image shaping of children in children’s documentaries,and analyzes the shortcomings of the current image shaping of children in children’s documentaries and puts forward suggestions;secondly,the narrative strategy and the audiovisual strategy of the image shaping of children in children’s documentaries are studied by combining theory with practice.The narrative strategy is studied from three aspects: storytelling strategy,narrative structure and narrative perspective;the audiovisual strategy of children’s image shaping in children’s documentaries is studied from three aspects: camera language,picture language and sound language,by combining cases and personal works.Finally,the personal work The First Grade is analyzed from three aspects: creation background and meaning,creation characteristics and difficulties,and creation experience.The concluding section is a reflection and outlook on the development of children’s documentaries.
