Research On The Creative Strategy Of Social Realistic Documentaries

With the development of the times and the changes of society,the documentary has become a new way of foreign exchange.The Chinese documentary shows the world with its unique lens language and cultural heritage.The social reality documentary,as an important part of the Chinese documentary,focuses on the social changes in China and the living conditions of ordinary people and plays an indispensable role.However,due to the influence of many factors such as capital,security,and the market,China’s current documentaries mainly focus on historical and humanistic documentaries and natural scenery documentaries.The number of social reality documentaries is very small.In October 2010,the State Administration of Radio,Film and Television issued an important document "Some Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Documentary Film Industry",which played a role in promoting the development of our country’s documentary film.Policy support and guidance provided a wide range of documentary creations for social realistic themes.This paper is divided into four chapters.The introduction part explains the reason and significance of the topic of the thesis.It also sorts out and analyzes the current research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the research methods and innovations.The first chapter is based on predecessors’ research,combined with representative documentaries of social reality themes after 2010.It is a relatively scientific and reasonable summary of such documentaries,combined with the reflection of social reality theme documentaries.The epochal nature and sense of history further divide the subject into documentaries of social reality,which focus on contemporary people’s lives and state of mind,and documentaries of social reality,which focus on the current social development process.The second chapter,through documentary observation,combined with concrete social reality documentary cases,and analysis of theme construction strategies for documentaries of social reality.The construction of the subject is explained through the transmission of the subject,personal feelings,and civilian consciousness,and a relatively clear textual study is attempted.The third chapter analyzes the style-shaping strategies of social reality documentaries from the perspective of documentary and narratology.Then from the three aspects of subjective intention and rational thinking,long-term lens and rational thinking,and storytelling of narrative,the trade-off between the documentary style and storyline narrative is explored.The fourth chapter is mainly to combine the social reality documentary with the current TV market,through continuous argumentation and analysis,to propose some development strategies,such as pay attention to the selection of topic selection and creative treatment、increase the input of the courtyard line、increase the development of international market and so on,In order to produce a certain degree of academic value and practical value.
