In the visual representation of different social environments,human body language plays an important role in information exchange and emotional transmission.When applied in teaching,teachers’ body language plays an important role in classroom emotional regulation and auxiliary explanation of language knowledge.The development and change of science and technology affect the change of language teaching forms.In the past three years,because of objective reasons,online teaching has also developed by leaps and bounds.With the teachers’ body language,we have found some outstanding problems.We used ELAN video statistical software to make a statistical analysis of the use of body language data when online teachers taught.At the same time,we used modern communication software to interview online teachers and learners,to further demonstrate the role of teachers in online teaching of body language.Overall,our main research contents are as follows: first,the definition,classification and function of teachers’ body language are reorganized in the previous research on body language and their own teaching practice.Second,summarize the types and general usage of body language by online teachers in teaching.Third,explore the common problems in the use of body language in online teaching and the causes of these problems;Fourthly,it puts forward appropriate solutions to the problems that often occur in the online teaching of body language.In the study,we found that the online teachers’ use of body language interaction is not outstanding,teachers’ sense of efficacy is low and the use of body language is not reasonable.In view of the problems existing in teachers’ online teaching,we put forward the use strategies of body language from the aspects of teachers’ teaching space utilization,self-renewal,individualized teaching,the transformation of the types of body language use and the improvement of information literacy. |
