One of the most prominent features of modern Chinese,which belongs to the Chinese-Tibetan language family,is its abundance of measure words.The Indonesian language,which belongs to the Austronesian language family,also has rich measure words for people,things or units of behavior.The common part in the two languages is conducive to the acquisition of measure words,while the different parts are the important and difficult points in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.In this paper,the students of the Confucius Institute of Tanrongbura University in Indonesia were tested and investigated,and the measure words corpus produced in their written and spoken language was classified and investigated.Through the research,it was found that: no matter in written or spoken language,Indonesian students used less measure words with less variety,and the vast majority of measure words were never used in spoken language.In both written and spoken language,Indonesian students follow the acquisition order of "individual measure words >collective measure words > borrowed measure words ",in which the measure words "ge" "zhi" "Zhang" and "tou" are the easiest to acquire.In addition,the most prominent errors are the misrepresentation errors caused by the similar semantic characteristics,sound similarity and shape of the measure words,and the omission errors caused by the influence of mother tongue and Chinese sentence structure.The specific representation of misrepresentation error is the generalization of "ge",the mutual misrepresentation of animal measure words "zhi/tou/pi/tiao",etc.The most important error is the omission of measure words "ge/tai/fu".In view of the above phenomena and problems,we put forward corresponding teaching countermeasures and suggestions based on our teaching practice experience: strengthen language comparison,cultivate the thinking of target language,teach in accordance with the sequence of quantifier acquisition,and strengthen the discrimination of homophone,near form and near sense measure words,makes full use of teaching methods such as multi-modal teaching and semantic feature analysis,in order to improve the effect of Chinese measure words teaching,reduce measure words errors and promote the writing of national teaching materials. |
