The body is the carrier of dance movement,and its manifestation is not a natural process,but an active construction in a collaborative and unified relationship between thinking and expression.Under the perspective of "body consciousness",this study draws on the theory of movement skills in educational psychology,mind-body science,traditional Chinese view of the body and other methods of body training to address the problems of lack of body self-awareness,weak rational thinking,and separation of mind and body in movement performance of dance performance students.Body consciousness" in the teaching of Han folk dance Jiaozhou Yangko.The purpose is to guide students to grind inward to cultivate a sensitive and dynamic body,and then gain new body movement experience and aesthetic experience,to realize the dual transformation of body and mind in the dance process,and to build students’ understanding and cognition of Chinese folk dance culture on "body experience".This paper begins with two aspects of body aesthetics and educational psychology to clarify the concept of "body consciousness" and define "body awareness" in dance.Based on the theoretical support,the main points of teaching "body awareness" are summarized,including: the mental image of movement,the condition of "awareness" and the acquisition of dancers’ body experience.Based on the theory of movement skills in educational psychology and the characteristics of dance movement skills and teaching,the teaching design is based on the concept of "unity of mind and body" and whole person education,and the teaching of "body consciousness" in "grind and twist" is framed.Under the concept of "mind-body integration" and whole-person education,the three stages of teaching "body consciousness" in the "grind and twist" rhythms are defined,including: movement cognition stage,movement connection stage and movement automation stage.According to the different stages,the corresponding teaching strategies are proposed,including: rational cognition of movement,establishment of mental image of movement,intentional movement method,body feeling with "circle" as the core of movement,round-trip movement thinking,spatial awareness,role self-formation awareness and other training methods.After practice,students’ ability to think rationally and spatially has been improved;when they consciously focus their perceptual attention on the control of breathing,inner involvement,sensory imagery of movement,and the body running logic of intention,qi,force,and action,students’ sensitivity of body perception has been improved,their movement performance is more proportional and they can make timely adjustments to the movement state,and their inner feeling and imagination are gradually The students’ inner feelings and imagination were gradually enriched.After practice,it was found that more time should be reserved for students’ body perception,more diversified teaching methods are needed,and there should be no disconnection between theory and body training.The study proposes the following strategies: expanding the teaching hours,selecting the teaching contents,finding the complementary training methods between traditional Chinese body culture and body movement,finding the inner connection between the factors of Chinese body culture and body movement,and then deepening the body practice.In conclusion,the emphasis of "body awareness" in teaching is to focus on the most real and essential way of body and movement,so as to build a pivot and bridge between body and consciousness,to understand and use their own bodies correctly,to make students’ movement performance more spiritual,to truly dance from the inside out,and to guarantee the inner nature of dance movement learning. |
