As an important part of teachers’ teaching psychology and teaching belief,teachers’ efficacy can help teachers to improve their teaching quality and promote students’ learning effect.The rapid development of the online Chinese teaching platform is driven by the "Chinese fever",and the impact of the global epidemic has promoted the development of online teaching.The online Chinese teaching platform provides a convenient channel for many foreigners who cannot come to China to learn Chinese.However,it is also a great challenge for teachers speaking Chinese as a foreign language.Teachers will have anxiety and tension in teaching,which is bound to affect the teaching effect.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to teachers’ teaching psychological problems in time,and as an important part of teachers’ teaching psychology,it has been attracting attention.The author to the theory of self-efficacy and control point as the theoretical basis of this paper,the LingoAce teaching platform of 173 Chinese teachers as the investigation object,design for the platform of teachers’ teaching efficiency questionnaire,using SPSS statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,to the LingoAce teaching platform of Chinese teachers teaching efficiency have a preliminary understanding,found that LingoAce teaching platform of Chinese teachers teaching efficiency in medium level but high degree of data dispersion,that the efficacy level difference between teachers.Then,the factors affecting the teaching efficiency of foreign Chinese teachers in the LingoAce teaching platform were analyzed by the independent sample T-test,analysis of variance method and interview method,from both internal factors and external factors.Finally,according to the various factors affecting the teaching efficiency of LingoAce teaching platform for Chinese as a foreign language teachers,targeted suggestions are put forward to teachers themselves,LingoAce teaching platform and students’ parents,hoping to improve teachers’ teaching efficiency.Based on the actual teaching cases encountered by teachers in teaching,this paper explores the teaching efficiency of foreign Chinese language teachers on the LingoAce teaching platform,in order to provide reference for teachers in other online Chinese teaching platforms.
