| The difficulty of college students’ employment has always been a hot topic in the society,especially in the era when the scale of college students is expanding and the employment competition is intensifying,how to make contemporary college students make better employment choices and let them find suitable jobs that can realize their self-worth has become a major problem for colleges and universities.In this context,it is an inevitable trend to strengthen the education of career planning.However,the education of career planning in China started late,and there are still many deficiencies that need to be constantly improved and improved.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the internal and external factors that cause college students’ employment difficulties,and find out the potential relationship between multiple factors,so as to find a suitable way to improve the employment rate and employment satisfaction of college students in China.This paper combs the previous literature,takes labor awareness,career planning,career maturity and professional values as the four issues of this study,applies the labor awareness questionnaire,career planning questionnaire,career maturity questionnaire and professional values questionnaire,and conducts the relevant research on career planning through questionnaire survey.In study 1,based on four dimensions of cognition,emotion,attitude and behavior,a questionnaire on labor awareness was developed.In order to verify that the questionnaire can be used as an effective questionnaire to measure labor consciousness,242 college students were analyzed by item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis.The results showed that:(1)The validity of the questionnaire was proved by item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.(2)Via Cronbach α The test of coefficient and split half reliability proves that the questionnaire has good reliability.In study 2,college students were selected as the research objects.Through the questionnaire on labor awareness,career planning,career maturity and career values,the research analyzed what kind of intermediary role career maturity and career values played between labor awareness and career planning and the relationship between the four.The results show that labor awareness,career maturity and career values have a positive predictive effect on career planning,and career maturity and career values play a chain intermediary role between labor awareness and career planning.In study 3,the subjects were divided into male and female groups by gender dimension,and analyzed whether the four variables were different in gender,and tested whether the mediation model proposed in this study was different in gender.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the gender dimension of the mediation model.Based on the above three studies,this paper discusses the relationship between labor consciousness and career planning,and shows that labor consciousness can influence career planning by influencing career maturity and career values.And the gender difference has no effect on each path of the mediation model.Through the research results,we can draw a conclusion that we can help college students cultivate correct labor awareness,improve career maturity and establish positive career values,and then improve the level of college students’ career planning. |
