Career is the stage for one's survival and the basis for the development of society.Choosing a career is a choice that every one of us will eventually face.Compared with junior college and undergraduate students, vocational high school students need to face the problem of career choice earlier. Before choosing a job,we can effectively improve our professional competitiveness by understanding our own psychological development level, making career planning and full employment preparation. The study of career maturity has always been an important topic in occupational psychology. There are few studies on the career maturity of ethnic minorities in China, and few studies on the career maturity of Tibetans. As a large number of ethnic minorities in China,Tibetan vocational high school students' career maturity and its influencing factors are of great significance.A thorough understanding of the level, characteristics and influencing factors of career maturity development of Tibetan vocational high school students is conducive to promoting students to form a good career maturity, making them more smoothly achieve their future career goals, and providing effective suggestions for vocational development education guidance of Tibetan vocational high school students.Based on the review of relevant literature at abroad and home, this study puts forward relevant hypotheses.Taking 610 students from a Tibetan vocational and technical school in Chang du,Tibet as subjects, using questionnaire survey method, using "Career Maturity Inventory ","University Students Future Time Perspective Scale","College Students' Professional Identity Questionnaire","Chinese Multiethnic Adolescent Cultural Identity Questionnaire" to test, using SPSS software and SPSS macro program PROCESS for data analysis, the main conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall career maturity of Tibetan vocational high school students is in the middle level, and their professional autonomy is better. There are significant differences in gender, grade, specialty and other variables.Girls are higher than boys;third grade career reference is the most obvious;Tibetan medicine profession is more targeted when making career choices;students who choose their profession according to their own wishes have higher career maturity.(2)The overall future time perspective of Tibetan vocational high school students is on the upper middle level. The boys and girls behave the same. There are significant differences in grade, specialty and other variables. The higher the grade, the higher the future time perspective and behavioral inclination;Tibetan medicine specialty has the strongest future time perspective and behavioral inclination.(3)The overall professional identity of Tibetan vocational high school students is on the upper middle level. There are obvious differences in grade, specialty and other variables. The higher the grade, the stronger the professional identity;Tibetan medical students' professional identity is higher than other majors;social practice and vocational guidance mainly affect the behavioral performance of professional identity.(4)Mainstream and national cultural identity are at the same level, ethnic preferences and religious beliefs are higher. The higher the grade, the higher the mainstream and national cultural identity;the same ethnic cultural identity among different specialties, but the mainstream cultural identity of Tibetan medicine specialty is higher than other specialties;the longer the learning time of Chinese, the higher the mainstream cultural identity.(5)Future time perspective and professional identity are positively correlated with career maturity. The higher the future time perspective and professional identity, the better the career maturity.Mainstream and national cultural identity play a positive role in the development of career maturity.(6)Gender and grade play a moderating role in the influence of professional identity on career self-confidence and autonomy.Male students' professional identity has a greater impact on their professional self-confidence and autonomy.Compared with the third grade, the first grade's professional identity can significantly predict career value.(7)Professional identity plays a mediating role in the influence of future time perspective on career maturity, and cultural identity plays a mediating role in the mediating process. The stronger the mainstream and national cultural identity is,the more future time perspective can directly and positively predict career maturity, and the less indirect impact on career maturity through professional identity.(8)Professional identity plays a partial or complete mediating role in predicting career maturity through future time perspective dimensions. In the process of influencing the dimensions of professional self-confidence,professional autonomy and dependence on relatives and friends, cultural identity plays a moderating role. When the mainstream or national cultural identity is strengthened, the intermediary role of professional identity becomes weaker, and future time perspective can predict career maturity more positively.
